Lynne & Robert Powell have now been at Flavors@Ferry Cafe/Restaurant for 4 years, at the Brickworks Ferry Markets Southport. Former owners of Evergreen Restaurant for 9 years, Aqua Linea (Brisbane) 5 years and Merlo for 5 years, customers are enjoying the same quality of food and service both Lynne and Robert are renowned for!
And when you add to this the very classy feel of "Flavors", with it’s cosmopolitan upmarket vibe, which eloquently fits the clientele who frequent the Ferry Road Markets, you have a perfect recipe for indulgence!
The place is transformed at night for Private Functions, where there is sole use of the restaurant with no room hire charge for 30 people minimum. We can seat over 100 and 200 standing for Evening Private Functions.
We are open 7 days for breakfast and lunch from 7:30am to 4:00pm and in the evenings for private functions with no room hire charge.
So with it’s large dropped ceiling meandering down half of the restaurant, with the right lighting and background music, you are sure of an experience like no other Cafe/Restaurant.This is Lynne and Robert's unique brand of hospitality, it's the Powell trade mark, it's the "flavors@ferry experience"!
