Der Raum is a little shelter from a world of fast, pre-mixed, artificial tasting drinks. All of our cocktails are inspired by the time tested classics from the dawn or refined drinking. Like the legends of the bygone era, we don't use any cordials or syrups, all our juice is hand pressed daily from premium fruit and we simply use the best spirits we can find.
