Headed by Celebrity Executive Chef, Peter Milosevic, guests are treated to South Australia’s fresh produce, from Coffin Bay oysters to housemade SA prawn tagliatelle. Indulge in oysters with fresh lime and crushed pink peppercorns before beginning decadent eating, delving into the likes of prosciutto wrapped confit rabbit loin with pea puree, country carrot and jus. A cardamom ice cream sandwich beckons for dessert.
