Nestled high in the hills above Mudgee, their 100 acre estate experiences warm days and cool nights. This provides near-perfect growing and fruiting conditions for their vines and olive grove. Visitors to the estate experience wine and olive production first-hand and close up, hosted by the owners Mark and Sandy Nyman Herford.
Produced in strictly limited quantities with minimum irrigation and avoiding harmful chemicals, their wines are hand-crafted for extended cellaring but also can be enjoyed now.
