When Taste opened in 2012 they focused on designing a seasonal menu dedicated to the finest local ingredients with a formal dining experience in an inviting environment.
Taste is open by day as a brewery cafe with emphasis on friendly service, great coffee, breakfasts, delicious in-house baked cakes, gourmet pizzas and other specials.
At night Taste transforms into one of the regions best restaurants with menus driven by seasonality, availability and the finest local ingredients. Five course degustation menus are available with perfectly matched wines and an inventive, seasonally inspired A La Carte Menu with wine pairings.
