After over 25 years welcoming guests from all over the world we are proud of our passion and respect for the food and service we provide to our customers. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days (except Christmas day). In 2003, the original Customs House Hotel took over the ship chandlery building next door on Morrison Street, and transformed it into our award winning restaurant. The original sandstone has been restored giving a feeling of history and charm with 100 seats in a waterfront setting, our restaurant is a staple in the Hobart dining scene. We are proud to use only the freshest local ingredients including East Coast shellfish and wallaby from Bagdad. Our extensive wine list showcases local and national wines chosen to compliment the array of dishes we have on offer. In 2016 our Al Fresco dining area was upgraded to be one of the best outdoor dining locations on the Waterfront, perfect for lazy days of great food and people watching.
